“Kristy is absolutely amazing, and I there’s no way I can overstate how wonderful she is to work with. She helped me list my home in Lafayette for sale starting in December 2016, and worked with me until the sale closing date in April 2017. Some key strengths: 1. Responsiveness. Anytime I wanted to speak with Kristy, she was either immediately available, or made time within an hour or two. She is great with texting, emails, and phone time! Communication could have been exceptionally challenging because I was trying to sell my home after having already relocated to the west coast, but despite the time difference she was available even in the evenings. 2. Attentive and responsive to individual needs. I was located on the west coast, with full-time responsibility for the care of a very sick relative; I wasn’t able to fly back and forth to attend to individual issues with the house, and couldn’t invest a lot of money in non-essential improvements either before listing the home, or in response to buyer’s requests.
